apache: How PFOS polluter 3M pulls the strings

Over the past ten years, 3M Belgium has paid its shareholders over 225 million euros in dividends. This amount is in stark contrast to the amounts that 3M provides for the remediation of the heavily PFOS-contaminated industrial sites in Zwijndrecht. At European level, the chemical giant is also investing heavily in lobbying.
