HLN: First day of trial against Lantis postponed: city of Antwerp, Flemish region and 3M also participate in trial: “This will be a story of David versus Goliath”
The first day of the trial against developer Lantis will not take place until November 25. Grondrecht and Greenpeace had taken Lantis to court because, according to the plaintiffs, the company is not taking sufficient measures to prevent PFOS pollution during the construction.
