apache: Lantis leaves mass of heavily PFOS-contaminated soil untouched

During the works on the Oosterweel connection in the Left Bank project area in Antwerp, 460,000 m³ of heavily PFAS-contaminated soil would initially be excavated and packed. In the end, it will only be 160,000 m³. The vast majority of it will be dumped in the controversial verge that client Lantis is constructing on the grounds of polluter 3M in Zwijndrecht.
