When you become a volunteer at Grondrecht, we register your name, address and email address for administrative purposes.
When you use our website, you agree to the use of cookies. (Cookies are small information packets that are stored on the visitor's computer by a website. Grondrecht's website uses minimal cookies, and these do not contain any personal information.)
Our events and activities fall under the category of public events: of course photos are taken here. If you do not feel comfortable with that, you can always let the photographer or one of the Grondrecht employees know on the day itself!
How do we store and protect your data?
When you register as a volunteer via our website or when you become a member of Grondrecht, your data will be stored in our secure database. They will only be kept there for processing and follow-up.
What do we do with it?
We use your contact details for administrative purposes as standard. This means that as a participant in an event, as a volunteer and as a member of ours you will receive a number of emails related to your registration.
Only when you subscribe to the newsletter yourself, we also use your contact details to send you our newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the emails, or by contacting us.
Photos and videos taken of you with permission may be used in our communication channels (website, social media).
Who has access to your data?
Only our core members have access to the personal data of the people in our database. We will never pass on your contact details to external parties.
How can you change your data yourself?
You have the right to view, change or delete your own personal data in our database at any time. For this you can email or call us.
