FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT | recruitment

Grondrecht is a collective of citizens who have united in response to the PFOS pollution in Zwijndrecht and Antwerp.

In a few months we have grown from a group of concerned residents to a citizen collective of more than 1200 Grondrechters! We have already achieved a lot. But there is more planned.

That is why we are urgently looking for reinforcement! We are looking for people, young and old, with a great sense of justice. Who want to contribute to the well-being of mankind from their own talents.

Fundamental right recruits
team politics and law:
  • people with a special interest in politics. You will be the eyes and ears of Grondrecht at meetings at all political levels and help build a political network.
  • lawyers or law students, who are interested in administrative law and environmental law. You help to unravel the relevant regulations and case law. You support citizens during various legal procedures.
  • someone who writes fluently and has a feel for political communication, in order to sharpen Grondrecht's positions and ensure that all communication remains 'on message'.
team communication:
  • people who have a feel for language, strong in copywriting
  • knowledge of WordPress and SEO
  • people interested in social media (livestream and stories during events, behind the scenes, ...)
  • moderators for Facebook (page and group)
team science:
  • biochemists, bioengineers, chemists, biologists, toxicologists – in short: people with a head for science who can help Grondrecht understand the PFOS problem, translate it accurately to the general public and critically examine government plans.

  • people with organizational skills and a hands-on mentality. From organizing a protest with different partners to setting up the room at an information evening.
  • People who want to help out on a purely practical and ad hoc basis at events as flyers, stewards etc. are most welcome. All hands help!
