apache: Vlaamse regering beloonde 3M voor gigantische uitstoot broeikasgas

Jarenlang stootte 3M gigantische hoeveelheden van het extreem zware broeikasgas HFK-23 uit. Het chemiebedrijf meldde die vervuiling niet tot in 2019. De Vlaamse Regering gaf het bedrijf daarop 341.235 euro ‘strategische ecologiesteun’, bedoeld om een installatie te bouwen die de uitstoot beperkt. Omgerekend in CO2 is de uitstoot jaarlijks goed voor ongeveer 4% Vlaamse broeikasgasemissie.
