HLN: Civil parties cautiously positive about first day of pleadings in PFOS case: “Unless Lantis pulls a rabbit out of his hat”

Today, the first hearing in the environmental strike proceedings initiated by six civil parties and Greenpeace against Lantis will begin in the court of first instance. They are requesting precautionary measures against the PFOS-contaminated soil at the Oosterweel works. Environmental activist Thomas 'The Cat' Goorden was already cautiously positive before the hearing: “Curious about the crazy jumps that Lantis is going to make, but their chances are getting smaller and smaller.”
