The citizen collective Grondrecht, which was founded in response to the PFOS crisis in Zwijndrecht and the surrounding area, is asking that all residents of Zwijndrecht and the Antwerp district of Linkeroever be given the opportunity to undergo a blood test. A study among 800 residents of the chemical company 3M factory in Zwijndrecht revealed excessively high PFOS levels in the majority of participants.
